About me
Hi, my name is Dwight Montgomery. I am a digital marketing and paid media expert. Over the years I have developed a skill set in in A/B testing, corporate communication, data analytics, and e-commerce. In addition, I appreciate trying out new fragrances and learning about upcoming fashion designers. I enjoy traveling, gardening, and linguistics. In my spare time, I speak French, Spanish and am actively learning Swahili. Last but not least, I am a proud cat dad of two.

Estée Lauder Companies
• In my previous role at the Estée Lauder Companies, I reported online retail sales and provided category analysis for Jo Malone North America.
• Initiated competitive research that discovered shifts and trends in the fragrance market. In addition, I anticipated P&L risks and identified opportunities for each retailer, as well as presented to senior management the results of product launches and media campaigns.
• Spearheaded the online retail relationship of Jo Malone North America with the following retailers: Nordstrom, Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Dillard’s, Saks Fifth Avenue, Blue Mercury, Sephora, Ulta, Cos Bar, Beautylish, Net-A-Porter, and Mr. Porter.
• Increased sales for the following retailers: Nordstrom $14.6M, flat to last year | Macy’s $9.6M, +7% to last year | Bloomingdale’s $3.4M, +5% to last year | Blue Mercury $362K, +12% to last year.
